1. About Littledoweknowwellness

Littledoweknowwellness provides:

 

  • Physical wellness products
  • Digital products (PDF downloads)
  • 1-1 support sessions and consultations (online and in person)


All offerings are intended to support wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional healthcare advice.


2. Eligibility

By using this website or purchasing services or products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.


3. Products & Services

Physical Products

All physical products are described as accurately as possible. As many items are handmade or prepared in small batches, slight variations may occur.

 

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered as PDF files. No physical item will be shipped.

Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, it is non-refundable.

 

Services (1-1 Sessions)

  • Most 1-1 sessions are delivered online via Zoom
  • Limited in-person sessions are available in Solihull and Birmingham
  • An initial consultation is required before any in-person session to ensure suitability

 

Littledoweknowwellness reserves the right to decline or discontinue a service if it is not appropriate or safe to proceed.

4. Booking, Cancellations & Rescheduling (Services)

  • Appointments must be booked in advance
  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded

If Littledoweknowwellness needs to cancel a session, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.


5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase or booking.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping details for physical products and delivery of digital products are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Physical products: Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy
  • Digital products: Non-refundable once delivered
  • Services: Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy above

All products, digital resources, and services are provided for educational and supportive purposes only.


They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. Always consult a qualified professional for medical or mental health concerns.
