Physical Products (Posted Items)
Order Processing
All physical product orders are processed within 2–4 working days.
Some items are prepared in small batches, so processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.
UK Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays outside our control. Littledoweknowwellness is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where possible, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Digital Products (PDF Downloads)
Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical item will be shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
